Costs, intakes and requirements

Most public universities charge no tuition for undergraduate and consecutive masters study, only a semester contribution of roughly EUR 150 to EUR 300. Living costs run about EUR 934 a month, and the student visa requires a blocked account of around EUR 11,208 for the year.

The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) offers merit based and need based scholarships, including fully funded programmes, alongside university specific funding. We can help you check what applies to your course.
